Spring Start-ups

• Turn on the water and pressurize the mainline and check the backflow preventer for leaks.
• Activate each station and adjust all sprinkler heads.
• Check rain sensor.
• Program controller.
• Give estimate on any repairs or changes as needed.
• Complete or schedule repairs if authorized by customer.

Winterizations

Winterizing is necessary to purge your system of water. Frozen water expands and will split irrigation pipes, valves and heads. This is prevented by shutting off the water supply and connecting to a high-volume diesel-powered air compressor. After the airline is pressurized, each station is operated for 1 to 3 minutes and the water is blown out through the sprinkler heads.

We will notify our customers when we will be winterizing since it is subject to weather conditions in our area.
